Fiction

Fiction is literary work based on imagination of the writer. Most fiction stories and books are written without any basis or connection to reality and are purely a creation of the writer’s imagination and creativity. These might include novels, short stories, fables, films, poems, fairy tales, plays, comic books and video games. However, fictional work may not completely be imaginary; for instance, it may include references to or depiction of real places, people and events.
