Its famous celebrity endorser is Sarah Margaret Ferguson, Duchess of York. Weight Watchers usually offers two distinct programs for determining a person’s goal weight. The Programs are called the Flex program and the Core program. Its other weight plans include the Core Plan, the Flex plan and the Turnaround Plan. To protect people who are not actually overweight, Weight Watchers have a 'minimum weight' level. Weight Watchers offer shopping guides and books on food recipes, eating out and so on.
