8 Seater

An 8 seater is popularly referred to as a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), and large station wagons that can accommodate eight passengers or more. Eight-seater vehicles are very popular nowadays and are preferred by mid-sized families as their choice of vehicle. The eight-seater vehicle enables the user to accommodate their big family which is not possible in a medium sized car. These large cars are also known as compact MPVs.

Eight-seater vehicles have seats placed at a comparatively higher level than in a sedan, a saloon or a hatchback. Most MPVs offer the flexibility of seating that allow users to fold, relocate or remove individual seats. This helps in making more room inside the car that can be used for seating or cargo as per the requirements.

Some SUVs are four-wheel drive vehicles while most 8-seater minivans are front wheel drive to give better control while driving. The eight-seater cars is increasingly getting popular as 8 seater taxi, and is available for hire through many online car rental stores.
