The Calibra Turbo utilized a 200 bhp powerplant and could accelerate from 0-60 in less than six and a half seconds. It featured a 4-wheel drive system developed by Vauxhall in partnership with Steyer-Puch-Daimler. Utilising variable viscous coupling and a clutch system, it can dynamically alter the power transmitted to the rear wheels to up to nearly 100%. The maximum torque was with 280 Nm. The Calibra turbo has a 2.0-Liter-16V-Motor (C20LET) that carried 150 KW out (204 HP) with a KKK turbocharger (K16) and an intercooler. Its turbo engine coupled automatic transmission with a 6-Gang-Getriebe and an all-wheel drive. This car has a 6-speed gearbox. Handling in standard spec is enhanced than most with a stiffer, lower suspension setup resulting in a firmer, yet well balanced, ride. The Calibra turbos differed from other Calibras only in by 16-Zoll-Leichtmetallfelgen (five-hole rims) in special turbo-Design and appropriate signatures on its external appearance.
