Isabel Marant

Isabel Marant is a Paris-based talented fashion designer with a number of well-received clothing lines to her credit. With a concentration on aesthetic silhouettes, her outfits are both comfortable as well as stylish. Passing out of the Studio Berclot fashion school in 1987, she had her first practical stint in the fashion business while working with French designer, Michel Klein. Two years later, Isabel Marant started her own jewellery and accessories line-up.

In 1990, Isabel Marant created the brand Twen, marketing knitwear and jerseys. Four years later, Isabel lent her own name to the collection with her first fashion show being launched in 1995. For two years in succession, she won fashion awards in recognition of her originality and creativity. In February 1998, she opened her first outlet in Paris. In 2002, she launched her first lingerie line. A year after giving birth to her first child, Isabel was inspired to create clothing range for kids.

Isabel Marant creations are favoured by people from all strata of society. Her Etoile range is targeted at those customers having a lower disposable income. The clothes in this range were said to have a contemporary rock-based theme. Marant creations include dresses, blouses, skirts, jeans and many other clothing items. With different colours and varied designs, the Isabel Marant clothes are designed to suit multi-faceted tastes and styles.
