Karen Millen is a well-known international brand of women’s wear, founded by Kevin Stanford and Karen Millen, in the year 1981. Karen Millen completed her diploma in fashion from the Medway College of art in Kent between the years 1979 and 1981 and met Kevin Stanford, and established the brand Karen Millen. The duo started the business with an investment of £100, wherein they purchased 100m of cloth to convert it into shirts and sell it to their friends. They opened their first shop in London in 1989, and then had stores all over the United Kingdom, Paris, Monaco, Middle East and Singapore.

Karen Millen’s collection, not only includes women’s wear, but also includes accessories, Karen Millen shoes and bags. It targets women from the age 25 onwards, offering high quality "designer-wears" that give away a bold and rich look.
