Ever since the invention and subsequent development of playing cards, these 52 cards have gained immense popularity among all sections of society. While at one time being shunned for encouraging gambling, playing cards have now redeemed their original respect. Considered second only to chess, as far as intellectual requirements are concerned, many card games can engross players for hours. Playing card games is also scientifically proven to be good for brain development.
