Barebone is a half-assembled or incomplete laptop computer that is available with basic elements like a case with a motherboard that comes preinstalled inside the system case, a power supply and a cooling system. These are usually available depending on manufacturer stipulations. Barebone cannot generally be assembled out of widely available hardware parts, since they are designed in a non-standard way.
