Creative Speakers

Ever since Sim Wong Hoo founded Creative Technology Limited in 1981, the company has garnered respect from millions of end users and audio professionals around the world. Creative is a world-wide known brand that specializes in manufacturing high end gaming as well as professional sound cards for personal computer systems. The company has also forayed into the domain of high end speaker systems, Creative Speakers, that easily complement the existing array of sound cards branded Creative Live! Series, Creative Audigy/Audigy 2 Series and recently developed Creative X-Fi series.

Creative speakers have produced many units over the past 2 decades such as the Creative SBS series and the Creative Vivid series. The SBS series includes models such as Creative SBS 15, SBS 20, SBS 30, SBS 50, and SBS 80. Most of these Creative speakers from SBS or ZEN series cater to the requirements of stereo sound reproduction on entry-level desktop computers. In 1996 Creative introduced the highly acclaimed Cambridge Soundworks series. This highly successful brand was initially developed by audio engineer and business man, Henry Kloss. After a joint venture (later followed by an acquisition by Creative), Kloss sold Cambridge the Soundworks series of speaker units. Currently, Cambridge Soundworks is available only through the retail showroom present in the New England area. Most of these speakers are available from online stores.
