Bose headphones are manufactured by Bose Corporation that pioneered the making of headphones with active noise cancellation technology. There are two sub-categories in Bose headphones: Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones and Bose audio headphones. Bose on-ear headphones, or Bose audio headphones, are light and comfortable delivering rich sound. They are designed for day-to-day use and weigh less than 150 grams. The ear cups are softly padded with memory foam and can rotate from front-to-back and top-to-bottom. This helps in reducing the pressure point. These headphones feature the proprietary Bose technologies that produce high-quality audio.

The Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones feature Triport acoustic headphone design for better quality sound. For better comfort the headphones are padded with QuietComfort 3 technology for convenience and better performance. The Acoustic Noise Cancelling technology identifies and reduces unwanted sound, decreasing the background noise drastically. They are designed especially for in-flight use . The detachable cord allows the user to connect MP3, DVD, CD player or the film shown inside the aircraft. These headphones are integrated with a high-capacity rechargeable battery that delivers approximately 20 hours of runtime.

Bose also manufactures in-ear headphones with TriPort acoustic headphone structure for low-frequency output from small headphones. These are engineered for portable devices such as MP3 players, CD and DVD players. These are packaged in a small black carrying case that protects them when not in use. These in-ear headphones have colour-coded silicon tips in three sizes (small, medium and large) that ensure more accurate and comfortable fit.
