The very first offering from the company was Frame-a-Name, which is a one-of-its-kind personalised system. Frame-a-Name enabled its customers to make personalized frames. Today, apart from Frame-a-Name, the company manufactures a number of innovative products to satisfy creative minds. It's operations are situated at Kansas City, Missouri with an employee base of 220 people. The company’s products are sold in around 23 countries. K & Company products are designed by talented designers and artists. Some of its designers include Brenda Walton, Amy Butler, Peter Horjus and Danny O.

Products from K & Company include albums, scrapbook papers, stickers, metal arts, embossed stickers and collegiate, among others. Most of these paper pads are acid and lignin free. They have beautiful designs and are available in various sizes.
