Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana founded the high-end fashion house Dolce and Gabbana, known for its fashionable and trendy designs for the Hollywood industry. Noted celebrities like Madonna, Monica Bellucci, Ayumi Hamasaki, Isabella Rossellini and Kylie Minogue have opted for clothes designed by Dolce and Gabbana. The fashion house is based near Milan (Legnano).

The high profile fashion house focuses on two main fashion lines for adults. The two central lines are known as D&G and Dolce & Gabbana. The business line ñ D&G, provides distinctly casual lines with an urban inspiration at slightly cheaper prices. On the other hand, Dolce and Gabbana focuses primarily on using luxury materials and is more expensive than the D&G line-up. D&G brings latest trends and trend-setting cultures to the masses and fashion-savvy people.
