Motorola Razor

Motorola RAZR V3 or the Motorola Razor is a visually stunning mobile phone. This sleek clamshell phone, having a thinness of 13.9 mm, is among the world’s slimmest mobile phones. It looks cool with its unique metallic finish and novel design. Additionally, the Motorola Razor sports a chemically etched keypad made from a single sheet of nickel-plated copper alloy, thereby providing the user with exceptional touch keypad experience. The blue electro-luminescence panel defining each character and key on the keypad is the RAZR V3 signature.

The Motorola Razor V3 phone sports a colourful internal TFT 256K screen with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. The smaller external screen also provides good clarity at a resolution of 96 x 80 pixels. The V3 is equipped with a VGA digital camera which features a 4X digital zoom and quick exposure controls which allow the user to click clear and sharp pictures.

The Motorola RAZR V3 is a Quad Band mobile phone with Bluetooth wireless capability. Some other features of the Motorola Razor are built-in speakers, MPEG4 playback, instant messaging and emailing. It offers a talk time of 6.5 hours and a standby time of 250 hours. In 2007, Motorola released newer versions of the RAZR, the RAZR 2 V8 and RAZR 2 V9. Mega pixel cameras and 8X zoom are some of the additions available with new Motorola Razor models. However, these models retain the unique slimness of the V3 which has made the Razor one of the most popular mobile phones ever.
