Nokia N70With a number of cell phones rolling out every month in the flourishing cell phones and digital gadget market, Nokia stands out to be consumers’ most favourite cell phone manufacturer that doesn’t let down its fan fare with each piece from its stables featuring the latest technological wizardry. The Nokia N70 cell phone is an offspring from the collaboration of Nokia and world renowned lens manufacturer ñ Carl Zeiss. The company launched the N-Series phones as 3G cell phones that pack in as many features as possible into one device. The N-series was launched in Amsterdam on April 27, 2005 featuring the Nokia N70, N90 and N91 as the forerunners of the line up. These devices support digital media services such as music, video, photography, games and Internet support. They support connecting to the internet using high-speed wireless technologies, further providing maximum roaming capability to users on the move. It features class 10 GPRS as well as EDGE modulation that ensures a maximum data throughput rate of up to 236.8 kbps. This coupled with the WCDMA feature, ensures even faster data transfers of up to 384 kbps. The Nokia N70 high-end cell phone features twin digital cameras ñ one on the front bezel and the second on the back. The front camera is a 0.3 Megapixel CCD sensor with 2x digital zoom and the rear digital camera features a 2.0 Megapixel sensor that features the high end Carl Zeiss lens, photo light and up to 20x digital zoom. The Nokia N70 Black Music edition phone is the latest offering in this series. |
