Sony Ericsson K800iIn 1946, Japanese company, Tokyo Tsushin Kogyo K.K. was started by two radio technicians. The name in English means Tokyo Telecommunications Engineering Corporation and it was the first company in Japan, to manufacture a tape recorder; called the Type-G. Sony Ericsson, a division manufacturing cellular phones, launched the Sony Ericsson k800i launched in the month of July 2006. This successor to the preceding favoured by the masses ñ K750i ñ promises more features and performance in each gram of its 115 gms total weight. The Sony Ericsson K800i features a highly advanced 3.2 megapixel digital camera that allows taking digital photographs in resolutions of up to 2048 x 1536 pixels ñ large enough to get a printout of poster size. This camera is further backed a flash-at-click "Xenon" flash light that can illuminate even the darkest of surroundings enough to get a clear view of the people and the backdrops. The digital camera sports an amazing new addition to the way a user can take pics with the new "Best Pic" feature. This feature takes 9 pictures in full quality in quick succession out of which it allows saving the best ones as judged by the user. The in-built media player supports playback of various audio/video formats including MP3, AAC/AAC+/eAAC+, WMA music files and 3GP/MPEG-4 video files. Furthermore, this cell phone also supports reading and writing to a Micro Memory Stick (M2) expandable solid state memory card through the Sony Ericsson k800i memory card slot. |
