Sony Ericsson W850I

The Sony Ericsson W850i mobile phone is a 3G Walkman phone from the Sony Walkman series. Successor to the W900i, the W850i is far more compact and mechanically similar to the Sony Ericsson K800i. Its inbuilt media player supports playback of wide variety of audio/video formats like MP3, AAC, e-AAC+ and WMA music files.

The W850i features an advanced 2 Megapixel digital camera, 4x digital zoom and flash, which allows the user to capture high resolution images of up to 1632 x 1224 pixels. The integrated video camera allows recording or making 3G video calls easily. The video recording functionality offers instant capturing of precious movements. The recorded videos and images can be stored on the external flash memory stick using the included memory card. This tri-band phone supports Bluetooth, USB and Infrared connectivity for seamless data transfer. It has an integrated speakerphone that allows hands-free conversation. In addition, the inbuilt class 10 GPRS supports faster download data transfer rates. Transferring images and videos is made easy with the help of the in-built Bluetooth as well as infrared connectivity.

The Sony Ericsson W850i phone is available in precious black and golden white and sports a 24-Karat gold Walkman logo on the back. Standard accessories with the W850i include a wired headset for making hands-free calls and listening to music. Other features of the W850i include mega bass, picture editor, picture phone book and personal organiser. Weighing around 116 grams, this light weight phone offers a talk time of up to 9 hours and a standby time of up to 350 hours.
