Leeds UnitedLeeds United Association Football Club is an English professional football club with numerous local and European victories under its belt during the 1960s and 70s. The club was a league champion in 1992. The colours and crest of the team were legendary in the football arena. Initially, the design of the kit was influenced by the Huddersfield Town’s white and blur striped shirts, worn along with white shorts and blue socks having white and blue rings at the top. In 1950, the club members began to wear gold shirts with blue collars and sleeves. Now gold hoops were seen in the socks too. These designs kept changing in the intervening decades and in 1964, the clubs logo was designated as a perching owl. In 1984, the club’s badge had a Rose and Ball design. Football fanatics have a wide array of Leeds United memorabilia, ranging from clothing to coffee mugs, to choose from. Leeds tracksuits are ideal for an early morning jog and can also be worn after a heavy workout to prevent undue chills. The zip up jacket is comfortable, with a sweat absorbing lining. Long sleeves Leeds United football shirts come in varied sizes and shapes. Most of the Leeds United clothing can be worn both on the sports field as well as for casual wear. Some other Leeds United collector’s items include FA cup ball markers, sunglasses, street and road signs, football golf head covers and even footballs.
