Fifi

Fifi is a character from the famous children’s television series, ’Fifi and the Flowertots’, which was launched in 2005. ’Fifi and the Flowertots’ is aired on Nick Jr, ABC and Channel Five. The voice of Fifi is that of the actress Jane Horrocks. Fifi is an adorable flowertot who likes to use natural ingredients in her garden. Fifi has a habit of frequently forgetting things and so she is jokingly also called Fifi Forget Me Not. Fifi’s best friend is Bumble, the bee who is fond of making the sweetest honey.

The serial is centred on Fifi and her Flowertot friends, all of whom are flower based characters, staying in a garden. Characters of Fifi and the Flowertots include Violet and Primrose, who are best friends staying in the Flowercot cottage. Violet and Primrose are sticklers for cleanliness and like everything to be neat and clean. Aunt Tulip is a tulip who has a pet called Grubby, a caterpillar. The youngest character of the show is Pip, the gooseberry who is perpetually on the go. Webby is a spider that plays the role of an agony aunt, as all the flowertots turn up for advice to her. Other characters include a wasp called Stingo, who pilfers stuff from other flowertots and Slugsy, a slug who is Stingo’s best friend.
